WJCC Customer Service in our schools- your experience matters!
Williamsburg-James County Public Schools, under the leadership of Superintendent Gary Mathews Ph.D., are committed to providing exemplary service to our parents and community members. We have focused training efforts to accomplish that goal and are working to evaluate how we are doing in addition to where we might improve our efforts.
We are pleased to be working with the Parent Teacher Associations at each of our schools to help us in this. By letting us know your experiences as you interact with our staffs, we can then better serve you. Your feedback will help us to understand what we do well and where to focus our training in the coming months – it is critical to our ability to provide the type of service that leads to everyone having positive experiences when working with WJCC.
Customer Service Surveys are available at each of our schools and on the school website www.wjcc.k12.va.us The next time you experience great service or would like to provide feedback about your experience in one of our schools be sure to fill out a survey. If you complete a form at one of the schools, you can leave your completed form for your PTA president and they will get it to the central office.
