To graduate from high school in Williamsburg-James City County, a student will be required to complete 28 credits, as outlined below, grades 9 through 12.*

Students who entered the 9th grade in either the 2000-01, 2001-02, or 2002-03 school years must earn a minimum of 9 Verified Units of Credit from courses which require a Virginia Standards of Learning test.
