Colonial Manor Residents Receive Visit From James River Third Graders

James River Elementary School third graders recently demonstrated the International Baccalaureate (IB) characteristics of caring and communicating with a visit to their neighbors at Colonial Manor assisted living community.  Students created sock snowmen and delivered them to residents.  While visiting with residents and singing carols, the students helped spread holiday cheer.
