James City County Rotary Club Donates Dictionaries To WJCC 3rd Graders

The Rotary Club of James City County recently presented third grade students at all WJCC elementary schools with a personal dictionary.  The Rotary Club's Dictionary Project is designed to assist third grade students become good writers, active readers, and creative thinkers.  Photo Left: Rotarian Steve Menaquale presents a dictionary to Wesley Lange of Blayton Elementary School.
