WAVY-TV’s Jeremy Wheeler Gives Weather Lesson To Norge Students Via Skype

WAVY-TV 10 meteorologist Jeremy Wheeler recently Skyped with Norge Elementary second graders to coincide with the weather unit they are currently studying.    Second grade teacher Kelly Parker arranged for the Skype session. Wheeler gave the students a virtual tour of the WAVY-TV 10 studio, and showed some instruments he uses to predict the weather.  He demonstrated to students how he incorporates the “green screen,” maps and charts.  At the end of his presentation, students were able to ask Mr. Wheeler weather-related questions.
