Culinary Arts School Chef Gives LHS Class Nutrition, Food Prep Pointers

Chef Tia Felton, Freshman Admissions Presenter from the School of Culinary Arts of ECPI University in Norfolk, has Family and Consumer Sciences students in Nutrition and Wellness and Parenting classes assist in making fresh pasta with slow cooked marinara.  Felton gave students pointers on proper cutting techniques, discussed numerous cooking terms, and taught students how to knead dough to make fresh pasta.
