ONLINE RECORDS REQUEST

Williamsburg-James City County Schools is piloting a secure and convenient process for requesting student records.  Simply CLICK HERE to access the new On-Line Student Records Request Form, complete the required fields, enter payment, and we will begin processing your request.  Upon submission of the request, you will receive a confirmation that the request is being processed.  Our Records Office will retrieve and mail the record(s) to the address(es) designated on the form. Once the record is mailed, your payment will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation email and receipt.

In the interests of security and expedited service, telephone, mail, and fax requests will no longer be accepted.
