Emphasis is placed on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Students learn conversational dialogue based on everyday situations using a learning exercise called "Corners." These basic speech patterns are further reinforced with grammar drills. Students must be willing to pay attention, work in class, and do homework on a regular basis.
