If you are planning a move during the school year, please contact the Guidance Office at 229-8051 and make an appointment to complete the appropriate withdrawal paperwork.  Upon request from the receiving school, official transcripts/records will be sent by the Berkeley Guidance Registrar.
If a student is enrolled in a high school credit-bearing class and will be moving before the end of the year, arrangements must be made with administration for the student to take the final exam.

If a student withdraws during the summer, please notify the school by completing a student withdrawal form.  This form is located in the school’s main office.
