In order to assist parents/guardian in making a smooth transition to our school, below is the suggested registration process:

1. Come by the Guidance Office and obtain an enrollment packet.

2. Complete enrollment packet and return it along with the following items:

• Original birth certificate
• Social security card
• Shot records
• Verification of residence (lease papers, utility bill excluding telephone, or new drivers license)
• Copies of any standardized testing and recent report cards
• Name and address of most recent school attended
• Picture ID of parent/guardian enrolling child
• If applicable, child custody documents
• If applicable, gifted and/or special education documentation
