What is the NEED Center? |

| The Norge Early Education & Development (NEED) Center is the preschool wing of Norge Elementary School, with over 120 preschool age children enrolled. Bright Beginnings and Early Childhood Special Education services are offered through the Williamsburg-James City County School Division. There are Head Start Classrooms located at the NEED Center as well, operated by the WJCC Community Action Agency. | ||||||
What children do we serve? |

| Children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old may be eligible for Bright Beginnings or Early Childhood Special Education services if they have identified risk factors, developmental delays, or a disability. Developmental screenings are available to any family with concerns about their child’s development – at no cost to the family. | ||||||
